Pre entry is not required, simply enter on the day. Assemble at the Fashions on the Field marquee (situated near the entrance to the course) no later than 1pm.

Wednesday 27th February 2013 Launceston Cup Corporate Marquee The TOTE Racing Centre
You will experience breath taking trackside views from the Corporate Marquee on AAMI Launceston Cup day and nothing delivers a better racing atmosphere with guest racing personalities throughout the day and a mouth-watering three course luncheon including cold entree, hot carvery, cold meats, seafood platters and Tasmanian cheese and fruit platters. Quality wines, premium beers, basic spirits, soft drinks and juices. A great way to network your business and guaranteed to impress
Table sizes are 8 & 10 and booking forms can be obtained from the Tasmanian Turf Club. In the event of smaller booking numbers patrons will be seated together.
Admission: $295 per person - Includes luncheon, race book, beverages (opens 1 hour before first race and closes 15 minutes after last race) entry to the racecourse and marquee, reserved table and Tote facilities.

Situated on the ground floor of the Grandstand – patrons can enjoy a delicious three course hot & cold buffet carvery and complimentary racebook for only $65pp members and $95pp non members (includes entry ticket). Beverages charged on consumption. Please note there is no direct view of the track from this room however the local races can be viewed on screens in the room or guests can view from the general public area in the middle level. TOTE facilities are available just outside the room for easy access. Table sizes are 8’s & 10’s (smaller bookings may be seated with other people).
